All orders are delivered or shipped from San Juan, PR.
All orders can be shipped Priority Mail, UPS, Fed Ex and IslandWide Express.
Priority Mail:Minimum $9.95 and $1.30 postal insurance up to $50.00 (2 lbs. or less) which includes postal tracking. UPS Ground shipping, Fed Ex and DHL:Minimum $14.95 (2 lbs. or less) which includes tracking & insurance up to $100.00.UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air & Three Day Select are available at an extra charge.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
We will notify you if an item you order is not in stock to tell you approximate delivery time. If in backorder, we pick up the cost of regular shipment following the original order (excluding International orders). All overweight item charges will apply.
Some larger items are oversized and require special handling. We will notify you if there is any difference in shipping charges.

Warranty Information:

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you're not pleased with your purchase, for any reason, we will hastily work to make an exchange, or give you a credit to the store. Please follow the instructions. We warranty that every item you buy will be free from manufacturer's defects.Should a problem occur due to a defect (not abuse, alteration, normal wear and tear or misuse of a product), you may return the item for a replacement within 14 days. For return authorization number and shipping instructions. IN ADDITION to getting a return authorization number, send the product, prepaid, together with an explanation of the defect to the address shown below.  Items returned without authorization will not be accepted! In the event that we authorize the return of a non-defective product, and you choose not to exchange it, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Any returns/exchanges with authorization must include $11.25 for return shipping.

Note:Due to the personal nature of wraps, supports, insoles, and other non-jewelry items, and for health reasons, therefore on these items, there will be no returns or exchanges. All of our products are new --not customer returns or factory refurbished.

Full, Queen and King size Mattress pads may be returned within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling), to the original manufacturer. No returns can be accepted (other than for manufacturing defects) after the stated return period.

If the product is on Backorder or discontinued:

We make a strong effort to update our products inventory.  Rarely, the product you may choose may be in backorder or no longer available.  If this is the case, you will be receiving an email informing you the expected date of delivery and options available.   If you are not satisfied with the options we give you, you will only be refunded for the cost of the product and applicable tax y shipping fee*.  It’s our commitment to avoid delays on the backordered product and/or find an excellent substitute for any discontinued so that our clients will be satisfied, however we have a non-refundable fee just for handling the internet order ($3.50). 
*Only for internet orders.  Physical store does not refund money or credit back to your debit or credit cards, you do have a credit in the physical store to be used within three (3) months.
